Hopefully with the same guy. While the massive spear painfully pierces his huge pot belly, the butcher is already stuffing him full of cupcakes. And the poor fat fellow wolfs them down, groaning, in a desperate attempt to soothe the excruciating pain in his big belly with treats. But the more his full belly swells, the worse the pain gets! While he's still moaning and wailing, the butcher shoots an arrow deep into his gut. "Aaaawww... my guts!!!" The poor fat guy can hardly take it. But he already has the butcher's sword stuck in his fat belly. While he's still writhing in agony on the blade like a speared fish, the butcher slits his huge belly open lengthwise and guts him like a piece of savage. The poor big fellow stares in agony at the steaming pile of his guts that has smashed to the ground beneath him and hopes it will be over soon because he can't take the excruciating pain anymore.
Such a wonderful artist with such a wonderful imagination. You've got me thinking about other entries as well. Perhaps throwing knives, harpoon, chainsaw, pendulum?
