This unfortunate guy was force-fed until his gut was huge, then his buddies used his stomach for bow and arrow practice, trying to nail him in the navel. . .

Such a thing as too big. . .

Something a bit different, thought I'd post anyway cuz what the hell? Guy obsessed with getting a big gut, goes too far. Second pic is a cross-section of his insides getting bigger, causing him to impale himself on the spear thingy.
