Fuckin' love it, Ashe! I like to think that all three stuffed themselves to the max with food and ale before they went into battle. It was their last meal. Hahaha. They all had it comin' to 'em. Thanks for this one.....and happy new year, mate.
Thanks so much, Dino! Hehe, what man wants to go into battle on an empty stomach? They toasted mugs and slapped each others' growing bellies, boasting about how many lives they'd take on the battlefield. The Ale clouded their judgement, though, as they decided to go into battle shirtless and unprepared... and you know the first to be slain are always the cocky ball-bellied boys!
Been coming here for a long time and this one is still my favorite. The way they all take it in the belly. I can see them being life long friends, training hard to be warriors and being taught that dying was the most manly thing they could do. So they always went into battle shirtless with little armor almost daring their enemies into fighting them. Finally one day when they are all grown men, having each proven their manliness in various ways, they enter battle. The man on the far left saw his enemy launch a spear which he tried to deflect with his sword but his timing was off and he took the full force of the spear in his hairy belly. He yelled to his friends to join him in death. The one in the middle, always eager to prove himself being the youngest, had just buried his blade in one of the enemy soldiers. As his enemy fell he jabbed his blade at the redheaded warrior but he simply thrust out his belly ready to see how it feels. The sword was buried deep in his stomach but he took it like a real man would. At the same time his friend on the right used his shield to block a flurry of arrows but as he saw a spear thrown at him he steadied himself and lowered his protection just in time to take the spear right through his guts. They all proved their manliness like they always spoke of as the enemy descended and stabbed them endlessly in their chest and bellies until they died. And then they had all proven themselves by taking it like true Viking men should. Such a good picture. Good work Ashe!!
Thanks so much, man! Spot on description of how these guys die. I particularly love the idea of the redhead purposefully thrusting his belly onto the enemies blade just so he can join his big-bellied buddies in the kill count.
